She has transformed her practice to focus on providing patients with a holistic approach to managing their mental health needs.

Cyndi Collen is a psychotherapist, certified integrative mental health professional, and owner of Flourish Holistic Mental Wellness. She has 11 years of experience in helping clients resolve trauma, anxiety, and depression to experience authenticity and wellness through integrating therapy, lifestyle changes, and breathwork.
